27mm Oven Two-Section Stainless Steel Slide Rails

Specialty slide designed for built-in oven racks, commercial kitchen equipment, autoclave trays, and laboratory instruments requiring corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures. The 27 mm compact width minimizes space consumption inside appliance cavities. 304 stainless steel construction resists food acids, cleaning chemicals, and sustained heat up to 200C with high-temp synthetic grease. The only compact stainless slide in our range specifically qualified for high-temperature continuous service. 304 stainless construction (rails + cage + balls) provides 500+ h salt spray resistance and full compatibility with food-contact regulations (FDA 21 CFR 175.300). High-temperature synthetic grease maintains lubrication at 200C without carbonization or off-gassing. 27 mm width fits tight appliance cavities where standard 45 mm slides cannot. Load rating 35 lb per pair at 200C (50 lb at room temp). Available lengths: 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 mm.

Designed for continuous operation at elevated temperatures: -30C to +200C with high-temp grease (included). Stainless construction handles wet/washdown, food acids, alkaline cleaners, and autoclave steam cycles. Not recommended for loads above 35 lb at max temperature (thermal expansion affects bearing clearance). For applications above 200C (pyrolytic oven self-clean cycles reaching 500C), the slide must be positioned outside the thermal zone or a ceramic-coated variant specified - contact engineering. For ambient-temp applications where you simply need a compact stainless slide, this model works excellently at full 50 lb rating.
