BWD addresses each: 1.5 mm steel with e-coat+zinc duplex (200+ h salt spray), synthetic grease (-40C to +120C), positive dual-lock (spring-loaded, not friction), vibration-tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.7. Load ratings 100-250 lb cover lightweight service drawers through heavy mining truck tool packs.

Application Assessment
Define: vehicle type, drawer dimensions, loaded weight, vibration severity, temperature range, corrosion exposure. BWD provides a vehicle-specific intake form.
Engineering Review
BWD engineers review application, recommend slide model and locking configuration, design custom mounting bracket if needed. Typical turnaround: 3-5 business days.
Vibration & Load Testing
For critical applications (military, emergency, mining), BWD performs application-specific vibration testing on customer-supplied drawer assembly. Test report included.
Pilot Production
Initial batch (typically 50-100 pairs) for installation in pilot vehicles. Field validation period 30-90 days. Design refinement if needed at no charge.
Volume Production
Full production release. Slides + custom brackets supplied as kits. Pre-assembled options available to reduce installer labor. Ongoing field performance monitoring.
