Most acrylic display 'manufacturers' are actually assemblers — they outsource laser cutting to one shop, UV printing to another, polishing to a third, and assemble the parts. Each handoff adds 3-7 days of schedule risk and a quality variability layer. HileDisplay operates all seven core fabrication processes in-house — laser cutting, CNC routing, UV printing, silkscreen, engraving, thermal bending, diamond polishing — across our 12,000 m² Shenzhen facility. Seven Core Fabrication Processes
Laser Cutting
CO2 lasers for acrylic up to 25mm. ±0.1mm tolerance, flame-polished cut edges, no machining marks.
CNC Routing
3-axis and 5-axis CNC for complex profiles, undercuts, and bottle-well wells. Optical-grade finish.
UV Printing
Direct-to-acrylic UV printing with 6H+ scratch resistance. Pantone-matched, retail-grade durability.
Silkscreen
Brand logos and graphics screen-printed on acrylic. Cost-effective for high-volume programs.
Laser Engraving
Precision engraving for logos, SKU labels, shade-card slots. Permanent, no print degradation.
Thermal Bending
Strip-heater + line-bending oven for curved acrylic profiles. No stress-cracking, optical clarity preserved.
Diamond Polishing
Mechanical diamond + flame polish for crystal-clear edges at BA-distance inspection (<0.5m).
Assembly & QC
Final assembly with 22-point QC checklist — every unit inspected before pack-out.
