2. Intellectual Property

All content on rubbrex.com — logos, copy, photography, video, CAD drawings — is the property of Dongguan Silicone Chain New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and may not be reused without written consent.

3. Ordering & Payment

Wholesale and OEM/ODM orders require a signed pro-forma invoice. We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples under €500.

4. Product Warranty

12-month manufacturing defect warranty on all silicone tack. Does not cover misuse, wear-and-tear exceeding industry norms, or horse-inflicted damage.

5. Shipping & Returns

Standard EU delivery via DHL Express (air) or consolidated sea freight. Faulty products are replaced free of charge within the warranty window.

6. Confidentiality & NDA

Rubbrex will sign your standard NDA or use our bilateral template before any OEM / ODM engagement. Quote files, CAD and sketches are treated as confidential by default.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) for cross-border sales.
